Light Emitting Diode [L.E.D.] Bulbs:

PIAA’s industry leading LED technology will give you the highest quality and longest lasting LED’s on the market today. LED lighting combined with PIAA’s technology has produced bulbs that have a brilliant color with while providing greater output. PIAA LED lamps utilize Reflector-facing LED technology that project off of an ingenious computer-designed multi-surface reflector, offering more and better illumination than halogen lamps with the durability and low power draw of LED lighting. This technology has revolutionized the LED market by giving the lamps a precise and useable beam pattern when compared to standard light bars.

The primary advantage with the high power LED is light output. Most devices one watt or greater can produce a significantly greater amount of total light when compared with many smaller light emitting diodes. High powered LED light bulbs have opened the door to extremely low energy consumption without compromising on top quality light output, and this is in addition to amazing life spans. The standard operational life of a High Output LED bulb is (up to 50,000 hours) is in contrast to the average life of an incandescent bulb, which is approximately 1000-2000 hours.

PIAA’s advanced Reflective Facing Technology (RFT)

PIAA wanted to perfect LED lighting when we designed rearward-facing bulbs and new “first-in-the-industry” reflector technology. The innovative design offers significantly improved lighting and beam control compared to conventional LED and halogen lamps with forward-facing bulbs. The result is greater visibility for drivers.

Key to achieving these performance advantages is PIAA’s advanced Reflective Facing Technology (RFT). PIAA’s exclusive computer-designed, multi-surface reflector concentrates and focuses the beam pattern of the rearward-facing LED bulbs more precisely than forward-facing LED lamps. RFT is featured in PIAA’s new 530LED Series lamps and new 570LED Series lamps.

Both series of PIAA LED lamps provide brilliant illumination, but with lower power consumption than conventional LED and halogen lamps. They light the road with brilliant cobalt-blue color that is clearly visible to oncoming traffic, providing an added measure of driving safety. The lamps are compact and durable, with the cast aluminum housings and polycarbonate lenses.

LP570 LED Lamps

The 570 LED’s were built with durability and performance in mind. They are SAE compliant, and will perform anywhere, anytime, in any condition. The lens on PIAA’s 570 lamp is made of polycarbonate plastic, and is paired up with lightweight, durable aluminum housing. Inside the lamp there are two 5 watt LED bulbs along with an 8 watt circuit board that consumes only 1.5 amps per lamp while running on 12 or 24 volt power. The bulbs are a brilliant 6000 kelvin rating, which will give you tons of light output while maintaining that HID look. The 570 comes in a true driving pattern that minimizes stray light to give the user a precisely controlled beam pattern along with more useable light output than any other LED on the market.

PIAA 570LED lamps are SAE compliant and come in a driving pattern. They feature two 5-watt LED bulbs and one electrical unit at eight watts per lamp (total of 18 watts per 570LED lamp at 1.5 amp draw). The lens’ outside diameter is 7-3/16 inches. PIAA offers the lamps for small trucks and off-road vehicles, including jeeps, SUVs and UTVs.

LP530 LED Lamps

New PIAA 530 LED 3-1/2" fog and driving lamps feature exclusive reflector-facing LED bulbs and a geometrically-perfect reflector to provide precise beam control and increased output compared with ordinary halogen bulbs. The LED bulbs are much more durable than halogen bulbs, provide more output and consume far less power. Available in Fog and Long Range Driving beam patterns. PIAA 530LED lamps have two 3-watt LED bulbs per lamp, which draws 0.5 amps per light. The outside diameter of the lens is 3½ inches. PIAA offers the lamps in fog and driving patterns for compact autos, jeeps, SUVs and motorcycles.
