The bar itself seems to be well made and sturdy. The closed system wiring harness made installation a joy. There is only a pos/neg to connect to the battery. Everything else is connected to the relay with plugs. You do not need to find power and ground under the dash - just plug and play. The downside is passing either the harness plug or switch through the firewall - both are a little bulky. The website DOES NOT give adequate measurements of the bar OR the mounting brackets! This was almost a deal breaker for me on the 30" bar. Thankfully the mounting hardware allows for multiple configurations and I was able to find a way to make it work. My original plan for mounting was out the window BECAUSE proper measurements were NOT PROVIDED on the website! It produces excellent lighting in my opinion. I have had better LED bars but they were also 4 times more expensive. This system is completely worth the money. HINT - unless you have a vehicle with factory accessory switches, BUY the PIAA harness - totally worth it.
