<p>The buid quality and light output is what u would expect from PIAA, amazing!</p><p>I gave 4 stars because mounting design limits where u can mount this. Bottom or back mount only (this is the older version).</p><p>I really wanted a top mout so i could put this light under my winch to keep it low and less offensive to oncoming traffic. I purchased the SAE compliant so i can use it on the paved roads. On PIAAs website they show the SAE J# is on the lens. "Always look for the SAE markings in the lens of the product to be sure the lamp you choose is SAE Compliant."</p><p>My receipt and order confirm i ordered the SAE compliant light however, the lens does not have a single mark on it, neither does the box it came in. That was going to be my defense if the police give me crap for the lights, now i don't feel comfortable using this light on the pavement.</p>
