I lost the original Black Mesh Grill while driving down a highway. 2 nights later, I had to use the lights due to very heavy fog and the light reflecting back into my face was hindering my driving. Ordered a replacement grill and that solved the problem.

After 15 years, a PIAA grill fell off the fog lamp of my BMW r1150 GS..I replaced it and it fits like a glove. Staff at PIAA is very helpful.
