Traditional warranty coverage is valid with dated proof of purchase from an authorized PIAA dealer (eBay is not an authorized dealer, any warranty issues with eBay sales must be made with the seller). If you do not have your receipt, and your issue has otherwise been deemed under warranty, we may offer to replace your product for a discounted replacement price. PIAA Corporation USA, Limited Product Warranty
PIAA Corporation, USA (“PIAA”) warrants our lamp kits (except bulbs)
to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use
for as long as the original purchaser owns them. PIAA warrants all HALOGEN BULBS for a period of 1 year, all LED bulbs for a period of 2
years, and all H.I.D. bulbs and ballasts for a period of 2 years from
the date of purchase.
This Limited Warranty specifically excludes defects resulting from
misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation,
unauthorized repairs, submersion, theft, vehicle crash or any other
type of impact. Except for the Limited Warranty stated above, there are
no warranties of PIAA products or any part thereof, whether express or
implied. Any implied warranty of merchantability or any warranty of
fitness for a particular purpose is expressly disclaimed. Some states do
not permit the disclaimer of implied warranties.
EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES
In no event shall PIAA be liable for any damages whatsoever
(including, without limitation, consequential damages, incidental
damages, or damages for loss of use, loss of business profits, business
interruption, loss of business information, loss of time, inconvenience,
or other losses) arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use a
PIAA product. PIAA reserves the right to change the design its products
without any obligation to modify any previous product. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that
vary by state.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
If a PIAA product is suspected of being defective, it must be
submitted freight prepaid to either an authorized dealer, distributor, or PIAA Headquarters for warranty inspection. The receipt or other proof of purchase and a
of the problem must be included. The returned product will be inspected.
If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Limited
Warranty, the sole remedy is repair or replacement at PIAA’s option. A
repaired or replacement
product will be shipped back at no charge and will be warranted to be
free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for as
long as the original purchaser owns it. Removal, installation, or
reinstallation costs are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
PIAA WIPER WARRANTY

PIAA Corporation U.S.A., (“PIAA”) warrants the Super Silicone Wiper
Blades to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal
use for one year from the date of purchase.
This Limited Warranty specifically excludes damage resulting from
“acts of nature”, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification,
improper installation. The silicone rubber is considered a consumable
and is therefore excluded from the provision of the Limited Warranty.
Except for the Limited Warranty stated above, there are no warranties of
products or any part thereof, whether expressed or implied. Any
implied warranty of merchantability or any warranty of fitness for a
particular purpose is expressly disclaimed. Some states do not permit
the disclaimer of implied warranties.
REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT
If a PIAA Super Silicone Wiper Blade is suspected of being defective,
it must be returned to an authorized PIAA dealer for warranty
inspection. Removal, installation, or re-installation costs are not
covered by this Limited Warranty.
Warranty / Return Questions
PIAA is committed to providing outstanding customer service. We will
gladly refund your purchase price or replace any defective item and most
non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may
return products that:
- Have not been used
- Are in their original packaging and properly packaged to avoid
- Include all parts, hardware or instructions
- Are not custom or special orders
The return is accompanied by the Return Authorization # we issue on
an approved return.
For items meeting these criteria, we will refund the purchase price of
the returned items minus the outbound freight, plus a restocking fee of
15%. We reserve the right to waive the restocking fee at our discretion.
