I purchased these brackets from another source. Even though they are designed for different lights, I was able to modify them to mount the 73242 lights that I wanted to mount onto my 2014 Goldwing. They mounting required the holes to be moved forward so the lights would clear the forks. All in all, they work well, and the lights look great mounted under the fairing. Time will tell if they can ultimately support the 73242 lights. So far, I am delighted to have the lights mounted under the fairing.
